3. Long working life is required. Solder paste has been used for a long time in SMT processing, so the solder paste should be able to be placed at room temperature for 12 to 24 hours and the performance should remain unchanged, and the shape and size should also remain unchanged.
4. Good welding strength is required. After the welding is completed, it can be ensured that the components will not fall off due to vibration and other factors.
5. The residue after solder paste soldering needs to have good stability, non corrosive, have high insulation resistance, and be easy to clean.
